This is where you can order your nursing nametag. Please enter your name and first initial of your last name, as well as whether you are a student or instructor in the nursing program. Once we receive your order, it will take between 7 and 10 days to arrive at the Campus Store and be available for pickup. We will contact you by email when your order is ready. Thanks!
