Shipping

Items will be shipped via Canada Post for regular shipping, or FedEx / Purolator for courier shipping. Items are only shipped Monday-Friday.  We will do our best to ship out your order in a timely fashion. There may be delays due to ongoing supply-chain disruption and the Covid-19 pandemic. 

Returns and Refunds

Textbooks/Course Materials:

• Refunds are given for Course Materials returned before the term-specific refund deadline*. (For Fall 2023 the deadline is October 20th, 2023)
• Course Materials purchased after the campus-specific deadline must be returned within 7 business days of purchase for a full refund.

*Contact the Campus Store for term-specific refund deadline.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are non-refundable.

General Merchandise

All other merchandise that is unopened and in original condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase with original proof of purchase. 

Refunds may be done both in-person, or via mail (at your own expense). We will accept return of online sales products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within 30 (thirty) days of shipment with valid proof of purchase and provided such products are returned in their original condition.

To return products by mail, you must call 506-648-5540 or email [email protected] before shipping your product.
